We work with lots of gorgeous premium blooms and this investment ensures the highly creative aesthetic wanted for your weddings can be achieve. It also covers the high amount of materials, labour hours and skill to create these curated floral arrangements.
For our couples wanting intimate or small elopements we have our Mini Wedding Package. This starts at £500 (inc VAT) and we can create and provide from a coated list of select floral arrangements to enhance your day, e.g bouquets, buttonholes and bud vases. These can be delivered directly to your venue ready to be placed and shown off!
Please note, larger and impactful venue florals for ceremony and dining spaces will be covered by our Bespoke Wedding Package.
We try and include as much in your original quote so no costs are hidden. This can include; materials, labour hours and freelance hire, transport costs, sundry items (such as vessel/plinth/arch hire), site install and the day after take down (including working abnormal or anti-social hours depending on the venue and install complexity).
Do you ship dried flowers?
All dried personal flowers such as bouquets, buttonholes and smaller table decorations can be couriered in the UK. Larger items which need to be installed in situ at the venue will have to be delivered and installed by Studio Blosm and the cost for this will have been calculated into your quote if necessary.
What types of arrangements can you provide?
All your personal flowers such as bouquets, buttonholes, hair and wrist accessories (including cute little items for your pet wedding attendees!). Venue decoration can range from bud vases and flowers for a welcome sign to larger ceremony features that pack a real visual punch. If you aren’t sure where to best use your budget, we can have a chat over where you want the most impact for you and your guests and I can advise how to utilise it best.
What happens if I want to add on floral items after booking?
This is no problem at all! Items can be added after the point of booking right up until 28 days before wedding when the final bill is due. Just let me know what you’d like to add when you have decided and the cost for this will be included in the final invoice.
Do I need to have an exact idea of what colours I want or know flower names before booking?
Not at all! It would be handy to have an idea of the ‘vibe’ you are aiming for, e.g. bright and bold, whimsical and floaty, rustic and textural etc, but a starting quote can be given without you having decided on your specific wedding colours. You can still book in me as your florist and then once you have decided on the aesthetic direction you’d like for the day, we can schedule in a call to discuss this and then I can create your moodboard. No knowledge of flowers is needed!
Do you provide rentals for table or venue styling?
Vessels that contain the flowers can be rented or bought if you’d like to give them away to guests at the end of the day and some minimal table candle options can be provided but for further table styling e.g. signs, place settings and other decorative items, these are not provided. Instead I can give you a list of businesses which can help you with this.
Do you do venue site visits?
Yup, if you are have larger venue floral installations such as hanging arrangements I will arrange to visit the venue beforehand and this can be alongside your co-ordinator if you have one too.
How far out should I book my wedding flowers?
Typically, couples have been booking their wedding flowers about 12 months out from your wedding day. The earlier you book the more guaranteed you are to get the suppliers you want to work with. Like mentioned previously, you can book in for the floral items you DEFINITELY want and as you go through your wedding planning process, refine the colours and look later down the line.
Do you do floral mock ups before the wedding?
Not usually. I try to make the moodboard pictures and descriptions as accurate as possible as I refer back to the this when I start creating your flowers. If you have chosen to have dried flowers, I provide pictures of the flowers as they are created and so your input can be given to ensure it is exactly as you envisioned and therefore a mock up of how your flowers will look isn’t usually needed. For larger fresh flowers ceremony installs a digital mock up can be created for you.
INCREDIBLE!
Robyn was amazing from my first contact with her through to collecting my flowers. She listened and designed such amazing flowers. The amount of compliments I had on the day was insane.
The flowers for me and my 6 bridesmaids ranging in ages from 3 - 33
Worked brilliantly. They were all perfectly proportioned for the girls.
The button holes for the men and the women were also just beautiful.
I could not recommend Robyn at BLOSM enough.
Thank you so much for helping make my day so special!
